Terms of Service

These Terms govern access to Proof2Post. This launch version is intended as a practical starting point and should be reviewed for the final legal entity, billing model and integration stack before broad commercial use.

Service

Proof2Post provides software-assisted workflows that can turn customer-provided project information, media and genuine review content into branded social content and help prepare or publish that content to supported channels.

Customer responsibilities

You are responsible for the accuracy of information submitted to Proof2Post and for obtaining rights, permissions and consents needed to upload, process and publish photos, reviews, names, logos and other materials. You must not use Proof2Post to create deceptive testimonials, fabricate completed work, impersonate others or violate platform policies or applicable law.

Generated content and approval

Automated content can contain errors. Customers using approval workflows are responsible for reviewing content before publication. Autopilot features should only be enabled after suitable account rules and brand settings are configured.

Subscriptions

Paid subscriptions are billed according to the selected plan. Launch plans are intended to be month-to-month unless otherwise stated. Included usage is measured by generated content items as described on the pricing page. Additional usage may require an upgraded plan or content pack.

Third-party services

Features may depend on third-party platforms such as social networks, publishing providers, AI services and payment processors. Their availability, APIs and policies can change outside Proof2Post’s control.

Acceptable use

You may not attempt to disrupt the service, access another customer’s account, bypass usage controls, upload malicious content, violate third-party rights, or use Proof2Post for unlawful, fraudulent or deceptive activity.

Service changes and availability

We may modify features, limits and integrations as the product evolves. We aim for reliable service but do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, especially where third-party services are involved.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Proof2Post will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages arising from use of the service. Final limitations should be reviewed by qualified counsel for the governing jurisdiction.
